“For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself.” (Romans 14:7, KJV)

Reflect upon this truth: What is your life for in relation to God and your fellow men? None of us exists solely for our own benefit; our lives are never neutral but are woven into the fabric of all humanity. At times, deceptive influences may cause us to underestimate the precious worth of our existence. Yet, we cannot shirk our divine responsibilities or live without an eye toward the immortal future that awaits us. Each person plays a unique part in God’s grand design, and our actions, no matter how small, ripple outward with lasting effect.

We cannot bear these obligations by our own strength. We must seek the divine assistance that enables us to face our duties with wisdom and grace, ensuring that our influence aligns with the purposes of Christ. Every gift—our time, talents, and opportunities—has been graciously bestowed by God and is meant to be shared through selfless service. The purpose of our earthly sojourn is not to secure fleeting, material advantages but to invest in eternal rewards in His heavenly kingdom. The Lord redeemed all that is ours through the precious blood of Jesus, and to withhold what is His is to deny the sanctity of that divine exchange.

Our life has never been and will never be our own. The vital inquiry remains: Is your life intimately intertwined with that of Jesus? We shall be measured by the very atmosphere we create around us—a presence that can uplift or undermine those we encounter.

If you live in reverence for God, loving Him, obeying His word, and serving as a living example of true Christian character, then you are fulfilling your sacred duty to both God and your fellow man. Embrace this eternal perspective, for our true calling transcends the temporary and points toward everlasting glory.
